I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what an outstanding job your parts department, specifically Richard, did when I ordered a replacement oil plug for an ATV purchased from your store several years ago. I knew you no longer carried this brand of ATV so the chances of obtaining a replacement plug were low, but Richard spent a lot of time and effort sourcing the plug, making several calls, and always being nice enough to keep me informed of his progress.... after several weeks of never giving up he was finally able to secure two plug assemblies. I have never know someone to work so hard and long for a $20 parts order. I know it was not a large order for your company but all of the effort Richard made is most appreciated by this Surdyke customer.

I have purchased a total of four WaveRunners and one ATV from Surdyke's and am currently looking at a boat. Rest assured, based on the service above and beyond provided by Richard, Surdyke will continue to be my first choice when purchasing any type of ATV or watercraft.

I took receipt of a new PWC today for my wife. I want to say that the buying and indoctrination experience was outstanding. Doug was a pleasure to work with in concluding the sale at the boat show in St. Louis and helpful in getting us into the receiving end of the PWC.
