The staff is very friendly and will go out of there way to accommodate you. The owner will even get you discounts at resorts when you come down to stay on the lake. From the professional courtesy to knowledgeable staff I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a boat, dirt bike, ATV, jetski and any other products they sell.

Recently purchased a used Bass Tracker 170. Jim Cramer went way beyond anyone that I have ever dealt with. After the sale he was on a 3 day weekend and still communicated with me with a couple of problems I was having. Having to return to the marina for trolling motor replacement he had the crew change the spark plugs on motor. Also have to mention that this was an out of state purchase which can add to some problems. Jim constantly emailed me to make sure everything was functioning properly. Hats Off to Jim Cramer and all the crew at Surdyke Marina. I will definitely return next spring if only for a gallon of oil.
