There are many different ways that people celebrate this fun holiday. While some traditions stay the same, like food, family and St. Nick, there are many aspects that are unique to different parts of the world. From waiting until January and celebrating a "good witch" who brings gifts, to some areas who don't even know about Christmas. Surdyke's Dirt Fest 2015

If you're looking for a fun time, and a chance to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, Surdyke Yamaha is proud to present Dirt Fest ! This all day event is hosted at the River Bottom MX Dirtbike and ATV Race Track at the Lake of the Ozarks . This family-friendly event will be a great chance to get out and get dirty, plus try some demo rides and hang out with friends. You won't want to miss this fun event! How to Get Your Boat Ready For Winter

Winterizing your boat at the Lake of the Ozarks could the difference between enjoying the water next year or being landlocked for a time. In fact, winter can be harder on your watercraft than summer! Being consistently used allows the pieces to stay pliable and the systems lubricated. When stuck in your shed all winter everything is given the chance to get hard, or even worse - rusted. Here are a few things you'll want to do to make sure that you don't have any unnecessary hiccups next Spring when you're ready to take the boat out. Clean the Machine A clean boat is going to handle it's vacation better than one that hasn't been cleaned. Be sure to get the top sides, bottom and deck, plus you can clean all of the hardware and trim. If you're feeling extremely productive you can put a coat of wax on the topsides too!
